We took a cable car up the mountain, then we walked (or took the chairlift, depending on who wanted to hike up the hill with the dog and who wanted a ride).  Then ended in an alpine settlement of traditional huts where shepherds take their cows to graze during the summer.  We ate sour milk and fresh cider, bought alpine cheese, and enjoyed the beauty of these hills.

Kamnik was a very cute town where we came across a little town festival.  This day they were featuring a puppet show and a music duo.

We tried Mexican food…. and kind of wished we hadn’t!  Maybe it is better to wait for the US for that.
