We had a fun day with our friend Nolan recently.  We visited the fish market in Pozzuoli and made a lovely meal at home, featuring escarole (scarola), mussels (cozze), and pasta with squid.  Afterward, we walked it off with a Carney hike.  We love Nolan, Italy, and especially all the FOOD!
