We had the opportunity to tour Sally Corporation, a company that makes “dark rides, animatronic musical shows, and lifelike human and animal animatronics that have delighted guests at parks and attractions since 1977” (from their website).  We got to see human figures in the making, singing birds, a giant roaring T-rex, strange moving figures all around us, and more.  All of these were projects-in-the-making by a small group of talented artists.   Strange, fascinating, inspiring, and very cool.
