It was such a joy to sell treats with Ashton this weekend at our neighborhood yard sale.  She’s been asking quite often lately about wanting to sell something, and a yard sale seemed like a great way for her to get that opportunity.  She came up with lots of ideas for things to make and sell, she thought about it for weeks and wanted to plan every night, and when the day finally came it was a true heart-swelling moment for mama.  She was courteous, friendly, and thoughtful about the way she gave the food and took the money.  She even shared the job with the other neighborhood kids (like that cute little helper pictured above).  I hope we will continue to think together about creating money and offering things to people.
