We’re working on reading around here lately, including playing reading “games” like the homemade one above.  I’ll post more photos in the future of our games and ideas.  Right now I’m feeling excited about a new book I just ordered that I think will be really cool called Let’s Read: A Linguistic Approach.  We’re paying attention at the moment to alphabet recognition, and once that is complete we’ll dive into reading.  I like getting rolling with our homeschooling, aiming for a goal, and having a simple and linear approach to follow with this new book.
